This is a reproduction of the second panel, Detachment of the Into the Deep series. Each original panel of the the 8 panel series is a handpainted 4x4’ woodcut on birch plywood. The series explores what we would see if we were physically capable of dropping into the depths of the ocean and how we would might begin to create our own light in the darkness in the process.

The print on Somerset Velvet paper measures 12x12". This listing doesn't include a matte or a frame.
Each print is signed and edittioned.

Print will be shipped flat with a backer board and a protective sleeve.
